Please read carefully. By purchasing this service, you (herein referred to as “Client”) agree to the following terms stated herein.
Rajalekshmi Kaippallil (who herein is referred to as “Coach”) and her Instagram page, Finance with Raji, is not an employee, financial analyst, financial planner, or accountant. Client understands that the Coach has not promised, shall not be obligated to and will not; (1) procure or attempt to procure employment or business or sales for Client; (2) perform any management functions including but not limited to, accounting, tax or investment consulting, or advice with regard thereto; (3) introduce Client to Consultant’s full network of contacts, media partners or business partners. Client understands that a relationship does not exist between the parties after the conclusion of this program. If the Parties continue their relationship, a separate agreement will be entered.
United Kingdom copyright laws protect all materials created by Rajalekshmi Kaippallil on the Site as original works. All materials belong to Rajalekshmi Kaippallil, including those with the absence of a registered copyright symbol.
The materials that have been provided to Client are for Client’s individual use only and a single-user license. Client is not authorized to use any of Coach’s intellectual property for Client’s business purposes. By purchasing this service, Client agrees that if Client violates, or displays any likelihood of violating, any of Client’s agreements, the Coach will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations and to protect against the harm of such violations.
We love to share our client’s wins and successes from inside our programs. By signing up for the Program, you grant Rajalekshmi Kaippallil permission to use any testimonials in our marketing materials and/or any promotional efforts. This includes but is not limited to unofficial testimonials, words of praise via Instagram stories, public posts or posts inside our Community groups(if applicable), and direct messages with Rajalekshmi. We will blur full names on screenshots used, and you understand that all confidentiality provisions apply and that testimonials are the only exception to our confidentiality obligations.
Every effort has been made to ensure that you have a good experience with this program. We also recommend you watch the FREE Masterclass first before signing up. Therefore, no refund is possible once the purchase has been made.
The Be an Investor in 6 weeks Program offers two payment options at the time of purchase- either pay in full or 2 instalments in 2 weeks. If you opt for a payment plan, you will be responsible for paying the remaining invoices. In the event of a payment not made, Rajalekshmi Kaippallil will temporarily suspend access until the payment(s) is caught up. After three failed payments, you understand Rajalekshmi may contract a collection agency to collect the money from you. Please note, Rajalekshmi will not be held accountable for any foreign transaction fees charged by your bank.
The Clients receive lifetime access to the materials in the program. Here, Lifetime Access refers to the time until this program seize to exist, following which no access is available. Furthermore, there will only be 4 group calls with the Coach, whose date and time will be fixed by the Coach, if applicable in the purchased program. The Community Support also ends after 2 months from enrolment, if applicable in the purchased program. However, we do not offer any account holds or transfer to the future cohort of the Coaching Program. Please note that enrolling in the program does not grant free access to any future bonuses and/or new/ revised material other than the ones promised to be offered upon the time of enrolment. Bonuses are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any other bonuses.
The Coach respects Client’s privacy and insists that Client respects the Coach’s and Program Participants (herein referred to as “Participants”), if any. Any Confidential Information shared by Program participants or any representative of the Coach is confidential, proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the Participant who discloses it. Parties agree not to disclose, reveal or make use of any Confidential Information or any transactions, during discussions, on the forum or otherwise. Further, by purchasing this service you agree that if you violate or display any likelihood of violating this session the Coach and/or the other Program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.
Program is developed for strictly educational purposes ONLY. Client accepts and agrees that Client is 100% responsible for their progress and results from the Program. Coach makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing. Client understands that because of the nature of the program and extent, the results experienced by each client may significantly vary. Client acknowledges that as with any business endeavour, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that Client will reach their goals as a result of participation in the Program. Coach assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any program materials.
Examples in these materials are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings. We do not position this product as a “get rich quick scheme.” Any claims made of actual earnings or examples of actual results can be verified upon request.
If any provision of this Agreement is held by to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force. The failure of either Party to exercise any right provided for herein will not be deemed a waiver of that right or any further rights hereunder.
In no event shall Rajalekshmi Kaippallil or its affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to view or use the materials or content on the Site, even if Rajalekshmi Kaippallil has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Client may not assign this Agreement without express written consent of Coach.
Coach may modify terms of this agreement at any time. All modifications shall be notified with the purchasers.
Coach is committed to providing all clients in the Program with a positive Program experience. By purchasing this service, Client agrees that the Coach may, at their sole discretion, terminate this Agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate Client’s participation in the Program without refund or forgiveness of monthly payments if Client becomes disruptive to Coach or Participants, Client fails to follow the Program guidelines, is difficult to work with, impairs the participation of the other participants in the Program or upon violation of the terms as determined by Coach.
